A very good idea to write a letter. Great use of formal language and use of short sentences to build anticipation in the reader. You need a capital letter after a question mark and only use one exclamation mark.
Hi Lana, I really enjoyed reading your extract. It was interesting that you have decided to write a letter and I would love to know more about the mysterious happenings. Well done Lana, keep writing!
What a creative entry to this week’s challenge! I like how you have included some short sentences too; this helps add to the seriousness of the matter. Just take care to make sure your writing makes sense, for example it should read: There have been many break ins. Also, think about how you would sign off a formal letter, instead of using ‘from’.
